Let’s get real about the word selfish and how others make you feel like you’re being selfish when you take time to take care of yourself. As women, we manage a lot and if you’re building a business at the same time or working a job then that pressure is more intense and you may find yourself in a situation where you are putting yourself last or not even making it to the list of people you need to take care of.
