How to get rid of the top 10 excuses women have to reach their health goals.

As a busy mama boss myself I know how it is when you have health and fitness goals, but all the excuses come forward on why you just can’t get it done.  If you find yourself in a loop where you are constantly making goals and quitting on yourself or you’re struggling with excuses and want to finally learn how to push past them so that you can reach your wellness goals then listen in to episode 51 on Fearless and Unleashed Podcast where I am going over the top 10 excuses women give themselves when giving up on their health goals.  

I know that I've been very guilty myself of using a lot of these if not all, but I can tell you from experience that getting past them and still committing to your goals is doable.  You are capable of accomplishing what you set out to do with practice and consistency at getting through the excuses so let's have a heart to heart and go over these together.
